The Power of Thoughts and Dreams
Posted by SwordBearer
All the characters in my book have a choice to believe in their situation for good or bad, and each of them struggle with their thoughts and emotions – also for good or bad. Everything we think, everything we do, has consequences, but what’s incredible is that we have the power to decide which direction our lives go through the power of our thoughts.
Khyri has a terrible situation forced on her and then is left to deal with the consequences, but she is left with the power to decide how to react and how to go forward. Unfortunately, due to her innocence and ignorance, she chooses the path that leads to more pain and suffering while her family choose to make the best of their circumstances.
God (whoever or whatever you choose personally to believe in) has given us the ability to decide in which direction our lives can go. We are powerful, creative beings with the means to influence and change not only our environment but to affect those around us with our attitudes and emotions and beliefs.
Dreaming and imagining are powerful tools and give us the ability to create our circumstances. If we desire something strongly enough, and then hold onto that desire and allow it to fill our every thought, then we will receive it. You see, whether we focus on good things or bad they will come to us for that is the law of the universe. Because we have the power to create whatever we put our focus on, it will appear – good or bad.
So again I say: Think about what you’re thinking about, and choose to think and create only the good, for if you consistently think about the bad, even if it is something you do not want in your life, you will receive it!
